Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Jigar's Wellness. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds of our services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with this policy.


Cancellations by the Client:
1.1 Private Home Sessions: If you need to cancel a private home session, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.
1.2 Online Yoga Classes and Meditation Sessions: For online sessions, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
1.3 Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Failure to provide the required notice or no-shows will result in a full charge for the session.


Cancellations by Jigar's Wellness:
2.1 We strive to ensure that all sessions are conducted as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability, technical difficulties, or other unavoidable situations.
2.2 In the event of a cancellation by Jigar's Wellness, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative session time or offer a full refund.


3.1 Refunds for canceled sessions will be provided as follows:
- Private Home Sessions: If you cancel within the required notice period, we will refund the full amount paid for the session.
- Online Yoga Classes and Meditation Sessions: Refunds for canceled online sessions will be provided if you cancel within the required notice period.
3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
3.3 Refunds may take a certain amount of time to process, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.


4.1 If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on instructor availability.
4.2 Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and should be made within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled session.


5.1 In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider refunding or rescheduling sessions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.


Changes to Bookings:
6.1 Any changes to the date, time, or type of session after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to availability and should be communicated to us in advance.
6.2 Additional charges or adjustments to the fees may apply for changes to bookings, and we will inform you of any such changes beforehand.
